I've been an ACE certified fitness trainer since 2016. What I love about fitness is not just the effect it has on my physical health, but the profound effect it has on my mental health. I became a trainer to help others discover what they can gain physically, mentally, and emotionally from physical activity.
When you start an online training program with me, you’ll fill out a consultation form, then we will schedule a video call so I can get to know you. From there I will design a personalized training program and send you workouts each week as well as nutritional guidelines. I’ll periodically check in with you to see how your progress is going and you can always contact me with questions.
